Refund Policy – 14-Day Return Period

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Some types of products cannot be returned:

Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or magazines.

Intimate or sanitary products.

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)
There are certain situations where only a partial refund may be granted:

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

If Your Refund is Approved
If your refund request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as there may be some processing time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If this is the case and you would like to exchange it for the same item, please email us at contact@vitaltea.com

 

Gifts
If the returned item was marked as a gift when purchased and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver preferred to receive the item first to give it later, a refund will be sent to the gift giver, and they will be notified that the recipient has returned the item.

Shipping
To return a product, you must mail it back.

 

Return Shipping
Please contact us to obtain the exact mailing address. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning an item with a value over €50, we recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
